Easter at Great Granny's House

We always have fun going to Great Granny & Great Gpa Roy's house for Easter. Here are some pictures from the day.

Northside Easter Egg Hunt

The Easter egg hunt at Northside was lots of fun for Kate. She really enjoyed running around and finding all of the eggs. We even had to throw some back out for other kids because she exceeded the limit for her age group.

Back Seat Driver

We already have a back seat driver on her hands! While I was driving, Kate yelled, "Mom, the light is red. STOOOOOOOOOOOP!". I drove up to the white line since we were the first car (while she yelled STOP the whole way). Just after I stopped, a car crossed in front of us and Kate says, "Aaaah, that was a close one". She cracks me up so much!

Speaking of which, the other day I was sitting on the couch and said something to Justin and Kate laughed, walked up to me and said, "You crack me up, Mom". She is hilarious!

Dying Easter Eggs!

This year was Kate's first experience with dying Easter eggs. She had a blast with ALL of her cousins! When I told Kate we were going to Gma's to dye eggs with ALL of her cousins, she replied, "Even Kinley" and I said, "Yes!"and she asked, "and Jax?" She was very excited that ALL of her cousins would be there!

While waiting for Aunt Shelly to get there from her morning clinical, Aunt Jess had everyone singing songs and even throwing fake snowballs at Gpa Oakley

Jordyn's 2 Month Check-up

Time flies when you're having fun! It is hard to believe that Jordyn is already 2 months old. She got her first set of shots and she did great! Of course, the Dr. said she is "Perfect". We can't wait to see our little lamb grow even more.

2 month stats:
10 lbs, 8 oz (35th percentile)
22 inches (40th percentile)


Jordyn's current activities:
Smiling like crazy at everyone (especially Momma, Daddy, and Kate)
Cooing at us (especially Momma) when she thinks she is being ignored
Playing under the jungle play mat and actually reaching for and hitting toys
Sitting in her bouncer
Swinging
