Our little monkey is 11 months old. It is hard to believe she will be 1 year in less than a month! Kate weighs 20 lbs. 13 oz. (50th percentile) and is 29 1/2 inches tall (YAY we can say tall now since she always walks) (75th percentile).
Activities at 11 months:
1) Walking . . . almost running EVERYWHERE!!! She is getting so fast and much more coordinated.
2) It is easier for Kate to follow instructions now that she can walk. She will bring us things when we ask for them.
3) Going all the way DOWN the stairs
4) Playing chase . . . she loves to run while we chase her . . . she has done this before, but it is definitely her favorite game now
5) She holds her hands out toward you when she wants a hug.
6) She can climb unto almost anything without help
7) Words: Momma, Mom, Dadda, Dad . . . that's about it - she said "up" once and we think she says hi and night night sometimes . . .but only Momma, Mom, Dadda, and Dad are consistent
8) Kate moved into her big girl car seat . . . she loves being able to see out.
9) Kate eats almost anything- her favorite is pasta with spaghetti sauce, she doesn't love canaloupe.
10) She nods her head for yes and shakes her head for no
11) She tries to carry around a purse like Momma . . . too cute.
12) I almost forgot . . . we are DONE with bottles . . . Kate always uses a sippy cup now
She brings us more joys everyday . . . we couldn't be any happier with our sweet Kate!
