The following is what I found when Kate was supposed to be taking a nap.
That's right folks . . . my 5 month old is pulling up. I was quite surprised to find her like this since she just started crawling. She added a second part the next time she pulled up . . . she took 3 steps while holding on to the changing table in order to get her feet straight underneath her. This girl is definitely her father's daughter. She is nothing but a little monkey!
BTW, I am actually a little behind. At 5 months, Kate weighed exactly 16 lbs (75th percentile) and was 261/2 inches long (80th percentile). Kate loves all of the baby food she has tried, including sweet potatoes, carrots, pears, and green beans. She is beginning to crawl and getting better at it all the time. Her current hobbies include crawling to play to with different toys and crawling to get into EVERYTHING that Momma wants her to stay out of. Life is changing fast around our house and we are having a BLAST!

Pretty cute!! I knew it would not be long. She is so strong. Can't wait to see her when we get home.
Wow Krista!!! She's amazing! What a mover. She's gonna be a super early walker.
How fun is that?! Micaiah just learned to pull up on Monday. He has been pulling himself to his knees for a little while but now he is on his feet. It is so much fun! I cannot believe how fast they are growing, can you? She is absolutely beautiful and I think she looks a lot like you.
I am WAY glad and lucky that my kids have no interest in movement until later. They talk early and move late! My kind of kid!!! Cassie didn't crawl until 10.5 months. I was kind of worried and then one day, she just took off. Conrey still hasn't started at 8.5 months and doesn't seem one bit interested! Time to get those baby safety items in place, neh? :)
